We every now and then, receive feedback from you guys (the general public) on your experiences and/or suggestions for additions/improvements to our Instant On-Screen Quote Facility.
 
Problem - One re-occurring issue highlighted as a problem is what we call ‘Step 2 Screen White-out’. This occurs when a user trying to obtain an On-Screen quote going from ‘Step 1’ to ‘Step 2’ of the the process is presented with a white screen that simply hangs.
 
Solution – Please update your browser. Our system is continually being updated to ensure our service to you is delivered as promised. Running the latest version of a browser ensures that our system is able to calculate then display service information. The system is supported by many browser platforms including Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer and Safari.
